Damp and Condensation

Condensation is one of the most common causes of dampness and can affect both new and old buildings. Dampness can lead to unhealthy living conditions, one of the most visible aspects of damp is mould; this can appear on walls and is an insight in to how severe the case is. Damp caused by condensation doesn't just appear on walls it can also be found on floors, windows, roofs and basements.  

Air Ventilation Systems

Air ventilation systems are a permanent way to reduce condensation in both domestic and commercial buildings; they are designed to remove the most threatening condensation and mould. A kitchen and bathroom is where condensation lingers the most, ventilation fans extract the moisture and warm air to control humidity and create a constant flow of cool air.  

Positive Pressure Ventilation Systems

This system draws in filtered fresh air from outside which gently circulates around the building; it is the ultimate solution to condensation control and mould. Positive pressure ventilation system results in better air quality helping with health issues such as asthma and allergies; this system has very low running costs and quietly discards of stale moist air.

In houses they are most commonly situated in lofts and in flats and larger buildings they can be mounted in hallways.
