Home Extension

A home extension is a great way of adding additional space which is adaptable to your property. At Beneck Preservations we can carry out the total build of your extension including footings, brickwork and full re wires. We will liaise with Planning Departments on different stages of the build and obtain a completion certificate when the build is finished.

There are many different types of extensions including:

Porches

Usually they are a small extension built at the front or side of a house but can be made much larger in necessary. They will the security benefits and typically don’t require planning permission due to the size of the build.

Conservatories

This is a simple structure usually built out of uPVC, timber or aluminium, this is a great way of letting extra light into a home.

Single Story / Two Story Extension

Single story and two story extensions can be built anywhere on the ground floor of your home. Building control permission will almost definitely be required and planning permission may be needed this project.

Over Structure Extension

This allows you to extend over an existing structure such as a garage or current extension.

Loft conversions

We have building specialists on board who can carry out full loft conversions from start to finish. Building Regulations set out by local building control departments must be followed when carrying out any kind of extension or conversion. We lease with these departments at all times throughout each stage of the build and obtain a completion certificate when finishing the build.
